AusME Registry Support Call

If you have limited energy, cognitive fatigue, or are finding it hard to complete your surveys on your own, you can book a support call with the AusME Registry team.

These calls are designed to reduce the effort required, support you at your pace, and help you move through your surveys in a way that feels comfortable and manageable.

Capacity can vary from person to person, and from day to day — this service exists to meet you where you are.

During your call, we can:

  • Complete your surveys together, at your pace

  • Read questions aloud and record your answers for you

  • Pause or take breaks whenever you need

  • Help you return to any surveys you haven’t finished

  • Stop early if you feel you’ve done enough for the day

There is no expectation to complete all surveys in a single session.

Who can book a support call?

Any AusME Registry participant who would benefit from extra assistance due to:

  • limited capacity
  • cognitive fatigue or brain fog
  • difficulty navigating or completing surveys on their own

You don’t need to meet any specific criteria — if this would help, you are welcome to book

What to expect

  • A gentle phone call (no video)
  • Up to 30 minutes of support
  • Help to complete as much of your survey as you comfortably can
  • A calm, unhurried approach
  • No pressure to continue if you need to stop

If more time is needed, follow-up calls can be booked.

Your responses remain confidential and are recorded directly into your survey by AusME staff during the call.
